Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This page explains what AI Den collects when you join our waitlist, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, so we can tell you when we launch and invite you to the free live session.
- Your first name, if you choose to give it, so we can address you by name.
- What you'd most use AI for and how you heard about us, so we can plan sessions people actually want.
- Campaign tags from the link you clicked (for example, which social post brought you here), so we know which posts are working.
- The date and time you signed up and that you agreed to receive emails from us.
Spam and abuse protection
To keep bots off the list, the signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser. We also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to 24 hours to limit repeated submissions. We never store your actual IP address with your signup.
Cookies and analytics
We don't use advertising cookies. We measure visits with privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without cookies and without identifying you.
Who processes your data
We never sell your data. We share it only with the services that run this site on our behalf:
- Supabase, which stores the waitlist.
- Resend, which sends our emails.
- Cloudflare, which provides the bot check.
- Our website hosting provider, which serves this page.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If AI Den does not launch, we will delete the waitlist.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@joinaiden.app and we'll sort it out.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
